After spending 19 years in China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan and Korea , Jeff decided to return to Singapore to concentrate on the operations of Famous Kitchen. Many of the dishes were inspired by Jeff’s travels around the region and were adjusted to cater to the palates of Singaporeans. Over the past 11 years, the restaurant has garnered many accolades and one of the notable ones was being recommended by the Michelin Guide 2019.
