Roy got so blown away by this kind of pizza that he dedicated lots of his after work hours to perfecting the iconic crispy and fluffy square shaped San Francisco style sourdough pizza! Roy even went so far as to procure a 100 year old strain of sourdough starter originating from a San Francisco bakery, which he thinks gives the pizza an unmatched robust and sublime flavour! Of course, our pizza is crispy and fluffy when freshly baked, but if you keep it sitting around for too long, we highly recommend toasting it before consumption so that it regains the super crispy crust and molten cheese. Our pizzas are 10x more delcious when hot and crispy 🙂
