Named after his mother, everything about Claudine centres on the flavours closest to Royer’s heart—honest home cooking inspired by childhood favourites and the meals he delights in preparing for friends. A detailed floor plan of a residential house with an outdoor garden area featuring trees, tables with umbrellas, and seating arrangements. LA TERRACE DINING ROOM Sitting atop the lush surrounds of Dempsey Hill, Claudine brings new life to a 1930s-era conserved colonial chapel. Much of its old soul remains—mosaic tiles underfoot, stained glass catching the afternoon light and preserved timber beams that have seen decades of stories. From the grand Dining Room to the sunlit corners of La Terrace, it’s a home shaped by care and familiarity, a warm respite in the midst of a bustling city.
