No Menu was born from Chef Osvaldo's desire to share the Family Restaurant experience in Giarolo, Piedmont, our hometown. In Italian countryside family restaurants, “No Menu” is served to guests traditionally without a written menu, it’s a selection of surprise tasting portions from appetizers up to desserts.
