Since its founding in 2008 Peking Chamber Roast Duck has witnessed the cycles of four seasons welcoming millions of diners from near and far. It has grown from a little-known Hutong restaurant to a renowned brand with branches across Beijing. Naming our brand "Peking Chamber Roast Duck", we’ve written our simplest wish in the palm of our hands: "All year round, may everyone savour delicious food." This is the most down-to-earth vow and the longest-lasting promise in the world. Here, people chat, savor Beijing's seasonal flavours, and greet dear friends from near and far. As time moves on, old friends stay, and moments stay fresh. This contentment is a rare sweetness and a cherished blessing. Spring rains moisten, summer sun blazes, autumn winds sing, winter snows poetic—Beijing's seasons brim with hope. We work with the seasons, thriving in their rhythms. Each season is a new start; each day, a new cycle of seasons. Today’s ducks are plump, the soybean paste just made, and the tripe and shrimp freshly delivered this morning. Meat and veggies, drinks and dishes—we’ve got it all. You’re right on time; dig in while it’s hot.

Kok Kee Wonton Noodle Marina Bay Sands

Established in 1985, Kok Kee Wonton Noodle was founded by Hong Choy Ing and her elder sister, Hong Choy Chan, and is famous for its springy noodles mixed in secret sauce. At the age of 13, Hong started working at a wonton noodle stall and soon fell in love with the heritage dish. With her years of experience, she decided to concoct her very own wonton noodle sauce. Coupled with her strong beliefs in traditional cooking methods, authentic flavour and fresh ingredients, they created Kok Kee Wonton Noodle. Her first humble store located in Lavender Food Square soon gained its popularity for its authentic, truly old – school Singapore wonton noodles. Serving food from the heart, the dish also gained the loyalty of many Singaporeans, with different generations of customers traveling from island wide for a taste of the traditional dish and their signature handmade wontons.
